I would recommend Hentons because I found them an excellent company which offers a quality service from the initial sales right through to the fitting of the carpets and the binding of additional rugs from off-cuts. The showroom staff were very friendly, James gave us helpful advice to select carpets suiting our taste and budget, he measured our 3 bedrooms and stairs, e-mailed quotes - - - all in one day. He arranged 2 days for fitting, to allow us to move furniture between bedrooms and Norman the fitter moved one wardrobe as he fitted the carpet. Norman made an excellent tidy job of fitting the carpets, leaving off-cuts for rugs which James arranged to be bound, very quickly and at a reasonable price.
