We really like the idea of supporting local businesses. Although there were some teething issues and delays meaning I can't give 5 stars, these were mainly down to the manufacturers/suppliers. The Sleep Shop team persevered and pulled out all of the stops to ensure that we got a good deal and felt valued. Good deals in store and even more on line.

When the telephone is answered by the MD at the weekend you know that you will be getting a first class service! Excellent Company, excellent communication! They exceeded my expectations after I had an awful experience with another online provider! The sleep shop is my No.1 choice from now on. Paula Williams
