Absolutely useless! This place is run by Ian, an elderly man, who gives me the impression that he just can't be bothered anymore. The first time I experienced his poor service was when he had my bike for 1 month in an effort to fix an electrical fault. He told me it was rectified but it appeared he had done nothing! I took the bike to a professional dealer who within 10 minutes recognised that it needed a new alternator. Why didn't Ian spot that????? Recently, I had my bike booked in for an MOT and he hadn't even bothered to turn up for work. When I called him to ask where he was he said he was ill. I am sorry if he is ill but he should have at least called me to say don't bother bringing the bike in. I will use alternative dealers in the future as this guy is just too unreliable.
