Staff are friendly and very technically knowledgeable. Other users are keen to assist and help beginner's, making you feel at home every time you visit. It's a great place to train and the community sets it apart from your general run of the mill gym.

A brilliant place to train. Friendly, proffessional and fun. The coaches are at a great standard and very accommodating to people like me who need to drop in once in a while whilst travelling in the area. Be prepared for a challenging session, but be even more prepared for high quality coaching! Massive Thunbs up!

Great CrossFit Box. I live in Australia and visited whilst spending time in the UK. I found the facilities and coaching to be top class and would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a well run place to workout. A great addition is their dedicated weightlifting club which means there is a greater emphasis on Olympic Weightlifting that you get in many CrossFits and this is a big plus as weightlifting is often overlooked at a lot of places to the detriment of the members. So I highly recommend visiting, I certainly will if I'm back in the area again.
