Pump gym are thieves. Only join if you plan to go there forever. I still to date have been unable to cancel my membership, despite not being in the UK anymore. They are taking money from me every month. I have emailed again and again, no response. And there is no contact number. Currently working with bank to block them.
I've finally found a gym I feel comfortable in! The music, the lighting and the vibe are so relaxed, it's enjoyable to be ther! So glad I've found pump gym, and I'm looking forward to improving my fitness!

I’ve been a member of this gym since they opened,and only left for a few months. 24hr gym are always good value for money but there’s a down side to that, far to many people trying to use the gym at anyone one time, parking is always an issue. My main concern with new gym companies is keeping the equipment working, I’ve noticed at least 4 pulley equipment out of use, including a few bit that need sorting on other equipment. Add the large amounts of people trying to use what kits left, the result is a bad experience. On the plus side the new manager is a grafter Mariethe best so far, always cleaning and trying to improve things. It’s clear that some of the staff don’t pull their weight, as it always seem to be the same staff cleaning and sorting, members notice. On the upside, I really like this gym and I hope Pump gym don’t fall into the trap of letting standards drop with staff and equipment, But let’s hope they don’t, as people will walk.
Nice tidy place but always busy. Very very busy 5* Edit: got much better in time, many quit their dream and only the regulars remained to achieve their goals
Amazing facility, has everything one could want in a normal gym and a bunch of extra that my coach was surprised by. The membership is also great value and the staff are awesome. 100% recommend!
Great gym with huge selection of equipment, all day access and plenty of on-site trainers. The high ceiling gives it a very open space feeling. Hygiene is kept to a good standard. All in all good place to train for a very reasonable price. Not perfect, has the fault that every good gym has, there are very busy periods, at around 5-7 PM especially, when it is very crowded. The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that the trainers, after they finish with the student never tidy their equipment up, not saying it is all of them, but one's that I see, never do. Posters around the place threaten to take people memberships away for not doing it, lead by example guys.
Really good gym to go to and for the price everything there is so high tech. It is a 24/7 gym and it is finger print to get in so you don't have to worry about loosing a card or anything. They gym at night doesn't have staff but it had all the stuff you need from bikes to weights and showers to lockers. For the price it really is a good gym and a lot of room. You don't feel like people look at you ether for being new.
Money going out my bank account every month but don’t let me go through the doors via pin and the finger scanner, and then there is no staff there after a certain time to let you in or anything! No phone number to call anyone and your stood there like a wet lemon looking around.
