We used Unique Estate Agency for a house purchase in St Anne's earlier in the year.  It was a pleasure to work with Peter Jackson and the sales team, who made the whole process very straightforward for us. As a result of this good service, we had every confidence in returning to the Unique St Anne's office again to arrange the letting and full management of the property.  We've been liaising with Denise from the lettings team, who has been extremely helpful in providing us with all the information and support we've needed. We're very impressed with the staff at the St Anne's office, who offer a very professional and friendly service.  We would be happy to recommend them to others looking to buy, sell or let their property.

Unique have been absolutely brilliant with the sale of 2 of my houses. I have also used Unique for mortgage advise, for which they have found the best mortgage for me. They kept me informed every step of the way and always with professionalism, respect and politeness. The service they offer is exceptional. They worked hard when solicitors seemed to be dragging their feet and pushed them to complete for both me and the purchasers. I would have no hesitation in recommending Unique whether that is buying or selling and would always use them to sell any property in the future.

From the first point of contact to my recent discussion with Peter, my experience with Unique has been first-class. I have found everyone at the team to be professional, approachable and keen to get on with the business of selling my house. Unique was quick to get the house on the market, had local experience being based in St. Annes and so had the house on for the right price. They had offers with 48 hours. Every time anything changed, I was called and messages left to talk me through the next stages. These guys have really affirmed my trust in Estate Agents and I would recommend them to anyone. We are mid way through our sale and they have been on our side all the way through!

We're currently using Unique to purchase our next home. From our very first contact, the entire team have been professional and unbelievably helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Peter has been especially helpful thinking of different ways to get our purchase completed in time for us to meet our mortgage deadline. From having little hope of our purchase ever happening to now having a confirmed sale, Unique, and especially Peter, have been nothing short of brilliant. Absolutely amazing! Faye worked incredibly hard throughout the sale to ensure it was a smooth process for us. Would 100% recommend using Unique, especially the St Anne’s Branch. We also got our mortgage through Kevin at the Fleetwood branch and this was an amazing service too.

Excellent estate agents.  They found a buyer quickly after the original one dropped out.  They managed the buyer and the seller solicitors well so that we got the deal closed. Always happy to discuss any aspect of the deal. Overall, a friendly, reliable and professional service.  Would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them.

I first met the team at unique back in 2020 when I lost my mother and my sister and I were selling her house to gain our inheritance ... The team were always professional and understanding as we met many challenges along the way . The first house sale fell through and was sold again a few months later only to fail again. These were circumstances beyond anyone's control and were handled very well by unique team We both felt very confident in Peter and his advice and we have both continued to work alongside this team with further sales and house lettings I would recommend this company as we had tried other companies beforehand but the service we got from unique was excellent Personally I'm not responsive with hard sales techniques and I felt comfortable with the team and no real pressure . Travelling around I can see the unique sales board consistently around the local area which is compounding a testimony to successful sales in my opinion I will continue to work with this professional and friendly team  Lucie marsh

Peter, James and Faye were the dream team. Very professional and friendly. Having dealt with other estate agents before I can definitely say Unique are head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommended as a sales agent in St Annes.
