My dealings with County have been first class, they were not my agent but my buyers agent. They provided up to date information when I could not obtain it from any other source. Being a fellow Estate Agent in a different part of the country I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can’t thank Dan at County Estate agent enough! After being really let down with a previous estate agents, and this being my first time buying a property, I felt in safe hands as soon as I viewed the property. Little details which really made the experience much less stressful, from Dan being at the property before we arrived, having everything ready to go, was personable, friendly, and new the relevant property info I required. Not only did he secure my offer on the day, the service after the property was taken off the market continuedes to be excellent! Thanks to County Estate Agents and Dan, would highly recommend!

A brilliant estate agent, all the staff are really lovely. They are quick to respond to any queries and really look after their tenants. Weve never had to wait for anything to be sorted and they are always polite. I highly recommend county estate agents for all aspects in property, whether that's to rent from or with and I know they are very professional to sale with as well.
We have used this agency for 3 years and have been very pleased by their services. This agency allowed us to secure 2 great properties, and communication has always flawless. All issues we had Eg: appliance breakdown have been dealt with in short times. Overall I would greatly recommend this agency.
Avoid Unprofessional, rude and abrupt woman working in the office. I was stood up for a viewing, waited around for 20mins, rang and rang the doorbell, I was not called or anything to notify me or communicate. They had my number. I left a VM on the office phone line explaining, and when they did call me back she implied I was somehow in the wrong despite me being rather disappointed and having planned my whole morning around the viewing and made a special trip there. After trying to explain that I was not in the wrong, and receiving only her rude persistent unapologetic replies, I had enough and told her where to go. Suggest some training for the woman in question to improve her ability to show empathy and a basic level of customer service. I will forever avoid and tell as many people as I can how poor this place is.
