We used County Estate agents to sell our house in St Anne’s, the service from initial valuation through to completion was exceptional. County really are a professional outfit from the quality of their marketing material, accompanied viewings through to their co-ordination of the after sale process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The team were very efficient in managing the letting of our property .  As with all lets there are some problems- e.g leaking washing machines  but  these were dealt with quickly with no fuss.   We knew we could rely on the team to get the right tradesperson in , at a competitive price and to check the work had been correctly completed.  We also had the same excellent service when it came to selling the property.

Just to say a big thank you to the fantastic team at the County Estate Agents for their suberb assistance in selling our old house and purchasing our new one. 
Their excellent customer service and proactiveness helped us immensley and meant that all the problems were overcome and solved without any bother. 
Jonathan, in particular, deserves a medal for all his hard work and is definitely someone you can count on in this stressful and tricky process. 
We really value all your effort and will be recommending County to all our friends and family.

Called to enquire about a property and was told I fit the criteria.  Travelled over 45 minutes with the family to go and view the property and it was a dump.  As a long term tenant, I was willing to spend thousands doing the property up to a decent standard, for the good location.  Went and paid application fee (guy was being trained so took much longer than it should) and notified current landlord of the application.  Was finally rang by Jess the rental manager to inform me they would be waiting to see if they had any other more desirable applications, (despite the application fee meaning it should be taken off the market, which is legally binding and I fit the criteria) indicating they would be willing to settle for myself and family if no one else applied.  Needless to say, I collected my application fee back and will not be applying with this company again.  If you are willing to be insulted. left short, unlawfully judged and given the run around; this is the agents for you.  Personally, I will never use their services again.  I have never experienced anything like it from an estate agents and do not intend to put myself or my family, back in that position again. They should count themselves lucky I am not taking legal action & I count myself lucky I got to witness what kind of people are employed at this place before I was tied into a contract.  Shocking.
