I can't speak about everything that Orchard undertake , but I still haven't been paid for the work that I carried out for them and it's come to my knowledge that other tradesmen haven't been paid either..
James on the other hand is professional and on the ball.
Would I recommend...orchard estates .NO..

Had many problems with this estate agents and their staff were rather rude to me. Would not recommend unless you find a must have property.

Extremely professional and go above and beyond expectations to make things so much easier for people. Highly recommended to anyone looking for their perfect home. Will deffinalty use them again in the future if needed

Been with them for a while given them a number of chances but now moving agents 
 Poor communications, poor service I do not recommend them
