Fantastic company and service. I broke down on my motorcycle in the middle of nowhere and the company went out of their way to get a taxi to me asap. The driver was very polite and a pleasure to share a journey with. Keep up the good work ultimate taxis. I only wish that the taxis were as good as you guys where I live.AAA++++

Booked A mini bus for 21st April from wellington to Shrewsbury arrived early took guest to shrewsbury red lion professional driver polite and helpful. booked return fo 11pm but decided we needed it earlier and that was no problem many thanks

Booked a taxi in advance a week before we needed it as it was a friends party. Asked the price on the phone at the time of booking and told it was £14. On the night in question they asked for - £30, more than double the fare! Rang the company and they said it was time and a half as it was an independent driver - which was still less than over double he asked. They also said I was shouting and being aggressive! - I was talking calmly to them!! Refused to pay £30 and offered the original amount of £14 - the driver threw it back at us all over the pavement. Suffice to say I won't ever use this company ever again! Shame, as we were going to book an airport transfer in the new year, but we will go elsewhere

Booked a taxi two days ago. Wait for taxi at said time and they tell me their nearly twenty minutes away. No notice or courtesy call! Poor service! Never again !

I know its Christmas but the experience today was disappointing. Phoned Xmas Eve for a taxi for guests and there wasn't one available for another 2 hrs. Ok - fair enough last minute on xmas eve. So decided to ask if its possible to book one for 11pm on xmas day thinking it probably wouldnt be possible but were told yes can squeeze it in as its local. Well xmas day arrives and the taxi arrives at 11:30am. I go to tell the driver he has the wrong time and sorry but he should def. have words with the boss that his xmas day was interrupted - not our mistake. Manage to rebook for the evening and then he turns up at 22:49 (early) and calls to say he is there and that we should hurry up. Will def. avoid using them in future. I understand its xmas and noone wants to work but then it shouldn't be offered.. just not a nice experience for our guests visiting from abroad.
