Booked these cowboys at 8pm on 31 March 2018 to pick myself and my disabled wife up at 11:45 pm from ironbridge to our home in lawley bank. I also paid by credit card when i booked them at 8pm. 
At 11:50pm with the temperature dropping to about 4 deg and no sign of our taxi I called diamond cars only to be told they were busy. 
50 minutes and 5 phone calls later they eventually arrived.
Please if you want a reliable service DO NOT USE DIAMOND CARS. 
The reason I booked early was to ensure that I  and more importantly my disabled wife got home at the time we needed to administer medication at the correct time. 
We arrived home freezing cold around an hour late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If they have to wait for their customers they add a waiting charge to the bill, this same policy should work in reverse, if they are late, our waiting charge should be taken off the bill.
PLEASE DO NOT USE DIAMOND CARS unless you want to be let down...Given them 1 star because I can't give any less #cowboys

I booked two journeys in Telford using Diamond Cars website. Both taxis arrived exactly on time, 100% reliable.
