Queues are long enough like others have said. Staff are always helpful at least.

The queues are long most days since UB closed the Antrim Road Branch.Thankfully staff are friendly.
This Branch is located in a crime hotspot so be vigilant when coming and going to it.

parking is atrocious bank is always packed NOT ENOUGH STAFF

Bad queue times since the Antrim Road (beside Tescos) branch closed. Queue to the door, 25 minutes waiting to see one of the two bank tellers serving customers.

Parking at this branch worse than ever. I can't imagine what the local residents think.

Edit: definitely improved over the last week, rating updated.
