I was received by a young staff with wounded finger, he was so enthusiastic trying to help me with my traveler's check inquiry. Even after knowing that they don't sell travelers' check, he still patiently asked a senior colleague of him to help me whether I have other method to replace traveler's check. Anyway it was a great experience and also the first time I step into Bank of Ireland. They left me the best expression I've ever had in any of the banks I've visited not only in UK. Wish your finger can recover soon xD

Mon-Fri 8.30 to 4.30 How the hell is people that work going to get in touch with them? Also, if you ring them you'll be put through the customer service and there is no way to contact them directly. In addition, got fined for a refused direct debit without any reasons (money was in there), they did apology but had to pay 12 quid anyway - no refunded! gonna leave them as soon as possible
