Worst bank in Belfast, cold stuff.  I just don't know how to give a " - 0" here.   Horrifying. Bad manner, unprofessional. If not for work, I  don't go  there at all, for sure they don't really welcome customers. Bank Of Ireland toke me 20 minutes to get £40 of £5, £10 of 20p and £60 of £1 coin today. ( I was waiting for same service for 30, 40 minutes before).  just coz I couldn't give them my company account number, I been told YOU SHOULD  and YOU HAVE BAD ATTITUDE.  what good lesson they gave their customers,   HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE THEN HOW PEOPLE TREAT YOU BACK.  true, but exactly 2 days ago, I gave another cold staff  my company name instead of account number, he just toke me 5 minutes. Pointless
