Very helpful staff. Once forgot £10 worth of 20ps for my till but corrected it immediately when mentioned.

Tried to open a New Business Account, outright rude, abrupt and unprofessional. We all have bad days but we don't show it client facing. Pathetic. I wasn't allowed to post this without awarding at least one star. They are not even worthy of that!

Bunch of incompetents lost my home deeds i have sale agreed and can do nothing until i get them  Every three days they say we need three days. They gave me a phone number for someone who has supposedly got them but he wont answer his phone going to head office now wish me luck.

Great people in this bank and its branches. But their website is a joke. Does not fully work on safari -so cannot reset password for example! Use UB for business, but thus will sadly change as it just cannot compete against the large UK banks set up. Pity.

Every other bank in Belfast City centre opens at 9.00 am except Ulster Bank that opens at 9.30.  I wonder why RBS shares are so low.
