I've used Daz Taxis consistently over the past five or six years and they've never let me down in the slightest. I'm a regular flyer from a variety of airports and they are my go-to guys in Ross whenever I need to travel, as well as my first choice for local runs. A great bunch of guys, exceedingly fair prices and wonderfully honest. They bent over backwards to help me out when left my phone behind on an airport run, and I'll not forget that in a hurry. A superb local business, possibly not the biggest around, but the best service I've had, and continue to have. Keep up the great work Daz!

Needed taxi for Ross Hospital and help from my door to the taxi including awkward steps down from garden. Taxi driver was brilliant. Organised a return journey within a reasonable time frame. Booked for the next day and although a return journey was difficult to book not knowing how long I'd be the driver said he would fit me in as soon as he returned. He did. On all occasions, he patiently helped me between the car and my door

We had a day in Ross on Wye and were staying in a B&B a few miles out of the town centre.  We had been recommended Daz's Taxis by the Landlady at the B&B.  Called and arrived promptly for our journey into town and not overly priced at just about £5.00 inclusive of the tip..  We were later advised by bar staff at one of the places we visited that we should pre book our return journey as there are no taxi's just cruising for business at the end of the evening.  So we called and wanted to book for 12.15ish but were told that there was nothing available till 1am.. so we booked it from an agreed location.  At 1am we were waiting outside the specified location but no taxi in evidence.. we had also spoken to a driver from another firm.. who had said he would come back for us if we wished but he was already committed.. just then at about 1.20am our taxi arrived and we were pleased to see it.. a friendly apology from the driver as he had been held up followed by a quick drive home and £7.00 inclusive of tip.. job well done thanks guys.. Highly recommended.

Have just started using Daz taxis to take my daughter to work 3 mornings a week.  Replied to my email straight away, excellent and professional service, really friendly, always on time, would definitely recommend to anyone.

I used Daz  taxis when I went to Cheltenham races with my friends, and I couldn't speak highly enough about the professionalism and friendliness of Daz and his colleagues. And would certainly recommend this 5***** firm to everybody, and I look forward to using them again this year!!! Lee

Hired to take wedding guests home. Massively overpriced! Charged £25 for a 3 mile journey then another £35 to continue for another 5 miles!!! Totally greedy and unacceptable!

Daz gives the most professional service in the Ross-on-wye area, would recommend to anyone 10/10

I called this morning to book a taxis, the advisor said I couldn’t and put the phone down which is very poor customer service!
