Terrible company and even worse communications from this company , I've emailed them several times with no response in regards to a letter I received from them charging me fees for not paying an invoice, which is double the amount of PPI I received. I never received this invoice or any other correspondence from them until I received this letter threatening to pass my details onto a debt collector!! I would have settled immediately if i had received a final invoice. The letter itself was dated 2 weeks ago and gave me 7 days to settle......
Shocking would definately not recommend. Had to pay charges on money that I never received. Now have the hassle of trying to claim it back. Send threatening letters saying they try to contact you yet this is the first letter I have received with threatening charges etc. No other correspondence via email or post. They are only open till 5 when most people work till 5 and i can not answer phone during the day. I definately will not be recommending this company.
Poor company impossible to track down.Someone supposed to be contacting me many times I have an invoice for over £500 needs paying within 14 days for a payment from HSBC that hasn't come.And by the sounds of it isn't likely to comeHSBC cannot find any details either after wasting my time and theirs on a few occasions.
Terrible customer service, have called and wrote numerous times, no feedback at all. Almost 2 years after making claim for PPI, still no answers!
Sent them the cancellation letter, but they are still pestering me
