Came to branch today to see Ryan for a same day appointment for 2 children savings. He was very quick and professional. I was very happy with the service. He also helped me pay a bill and upgrade my savings

I gotta say how impressed I was with the service in the Barclays branch! Chelsie served me on the Teller to process a savings withdrawal — thankfully I was still served without my card or ID! They also took time to mention about the new savings rates I was missing out on — definitely a worthwhile discussion as I open this straight away. Thank you!

I came into the branch after many years to sort few things out. Ryan was absolutely amazing and he was very patient. He explained everything coherently and with great excellence.
