If I could give a 0, I would. Worst branch in this city. No sense of Management and so unorganized. Wait 2 hours for a mere bank statement, they should order people by priority of task not by order. Waste of time, dnt bother going there waste of time.
Beware of aggressive staff. I arranged to meet a friend here but was stopped at the door by a female member of staff and told i could not wait in the branch. I explained that I am a Lloyds account holder for over 40 years and a Lloyds shareholder..and the person I was meeting , also a Lloyds customer had business at the branch. I was told again by the assertive staff member that I could not wait in the branch. The branch was not busy so I waited anyway and noticed only I had been singled out for an “ interrogation”. A more senior staff member then joined me in the seating area and asked what the problem was. I explained how I had been spoken too but he just walked off. I have already closed my business banking with Lloyds because of poor customer service and moved to Starling. I’m seriously considering closing my personal bank accounts too. Avoid this branch/bank at all costs
The customer service here is disappointing. It took me an hour to get a simple three-page statement printed. Overall, this banking system is far from ideal. Even their app falls short when compared to other digital banking options.
Went into Bank today around 2:15PM to get pay my Mastercard & get some new £50 notes with the new King Charlie on. Was greeting by a ginger guy by the cash deposite machines saying they don't have any new £50 note & they have at outside cash machines, he was so rude. Everytime I go into Llodys to get new notes, they seem to never have any & u wonder why I will never take out a mortgage with them. Terrible customer services skills, no wonder why banks are shutting down everywhere,never helpful. Lady behind the counter wouldn't even check if she had any new £50 note too, she would definitely already know if she had any, As I used to work in a bank u go unhelpful ppl representing ur back, the face of the public and its a total joke. Especially in the capital of Birmingham.

Lloyds Bank city centre’s customer service is a nightmare. The wait times are crazy long, and there's never enough staff to help everyone. It's super frustrating waiting forever with no one to assist you.
Disappointed with the appointment process l, you can't restrict an appointment to a specific day and don't give people choices. It is quite inconsiderate and should be looked into, I have not been unable to complete my account opening process based on this
The hours on Google say 1700 closing. The sign on the door is 1500. Several people where upset comparing google maps with the closed door. Suggest that branch managers include public interface checks to manage expectations.
Extremely busy and understaffed/staff not efficiently stationed, staff are very curt, waited in line for an extremely long time to be told I couldn't be helped even though I had asked to make sure I was in the right place
