I had a full leg wax and Hollywood, and was really disappointed with this service. My appointment was at 330 but I didn't get seen until about 345, didn't mind at all I know these things run over. The lady was clearly in a rush as she had a meal booked at 5, I even offered to just do the Hollywood today and I would book in for my legs in the week which she declined. I have had to come home shower and scrub myself as I had so much wax still left on me. Being in the shower I noticed lots of hairs all over that is just unacceptable. I contacted the company to give them the opportunity to rectify this, either by going over the hairs left or a full refund as I would have to go somewhere else and pay them to sort out this terrible job. I really liked the ladys personality that did this but unfortunately she has not been professional or done a good job on this occasion. I hoped that this was just a one off, however they have completely ignored me. Would not recommend at all. Try supercuts in asda eastlands, nicola is amazing!
