I got my hair dyed and cut here about a month ago. I wanted a grey balayage but that's not what I got. My hairdresser did not tell me that the colour I wanted to achieve wasn't possible without bleaching it lighter - which I would have been happy to pay more to do. 
The reason I wanted to go grey, is because I wanted to grow my hair out back to my natural brown and so I thought this would be a fun way to do it. However, my hairdresser advised that we also dye the roots which I understand was to blend the colours (this is fine), so I asked she just didn't take the colour all the way to the root but she did. The colour has also ended up ginger, which is very frustrating. The colour on my ends was more of a brown than a grey, which ended up going a light greeny/blonde colour. 
I called several times to book a consultation so I could tell them what I wanted but didn't get, and they told me that the manager would call me back - and they never did.

Finally I went in for the consultation and another hairdresser effectively told me that it was the shampoo I was using which was causing the colour to not be right, which is not true because the ingredient she said would be causing this issue wasn't present in my shampoo. Secondly, she told me that because it had been a couple of weeks I would have to pay to rectify the mistake they had made. When I disputed this, she told me the manager would call me... and they still haven't. 
I think this is shocking customer service, I know they are busy now with moving shop location but most of this happened before so no excuse.

Went for eyebrow wax, the woman didn't even consult me on what I wanted. She had the wax on my face the second I lay down. Luckily she did a fairly good job but wasn't happy with the lack of communication. Also my skin is sore, red and bumpy. I never normally have problems with wax

Booked in for a facial and massage. The treatments were less than average and my time was cut short by half an hour due to a mix up that the salon had. When I complained I was given only a small discount(as I was told the treatments were already on offer, which was besides the point.)The receptionist was rude and tried to make out I was trying to get the treatments for free in front of a salon full of people,instead of addressing my issues. Rude,ameaturish and not a pleasant experience. Would not recommended at all.

Went for a dry cut and came out with completely uneven hair. Worst haircut I've ever had.

I visit here approx. every 8 weeks and have done for over a year now.
The salon owner and senior stylist along with her staff are always professional and very friendly.
I have a full head of colour and cut each time and find the service so good that I don't need to go back sooner for colour top ups like I have had to at other salons.

I find their prices in line with other salons locally and they always have great offers on throughout the year, not just on products but hairdressing and beauty services too.

Also as my appointment is always in the evening I am able to enjoy a nice chilled glass of complimentary wine whilst waiting for my colour to take.
