Hi, I've been coming to Natasha for nearly 5 years now, had various work done including my eyebrows every couple of weeks, Natasha is lovely and I've never beet let down once, I'm very happy with Belleza, I read a very negative comment above which saddens me, because Natasha would off gone above and beyond to fix or make this lady happy before she left the salon, yet that hasn't been stated. Please don't let negativity put you off from at least giving her a go! You won't be disappointed x

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady ruined them. I asked her  not change the shape of my brows but to just tidy up around them, and she was fine with that. However, when she first started trimming my eyebrow hairs, I could feel the scissors were very close to my face and it felt/sounded liked a lot of hair was being snipped off... she then threaded my right brow, and once that was done she started plucking my eyebrow in areas that made me think, 'why is she plucking there???' She showed me my right brow (which she did first) and she'd completely removed the tail of my brow! (About a quarter of my right brow is missing now thanks to her.) 

I politely told her she'd taken off more than I wanted at the end, so asked her not to do the same with my left brow, please. Nope, message didn't get through. Left brow is almost as short as the right brow, and both of them are PATCHY because she trimmed the hair far too short. Now I have patchy eyebrows, with short stubbly hairs that are poking out in weird directions and they are VERY short and look ridiculous without any eyebrow makeup on to fill out the bald patches. I only hope the end of my eyebrows grow back because I look stupid. 

To add insult to injury, I asked her if she could discount me because I was unhappy with my brows and she was very reluctant, umming and ahhing and saying it was a mistake. Yes, I believe her when she says it was a mistake BUT she very obviously messed up my brows. She finally gave in and gave me a discount but I'm really angry and won't be coming back here again. The service was also really slow, what should've taken less than 5 minutes turned out to be about 20 minutes, ridiculous and rubbish customer service.

Sunbeds are super cheap in comparison to the rest in the area. Definitely would recommend.
