Visiting my son’s university and the engineering department today nIt was truly special to be here in person and experience the campus myself.nUniversity College London UCL, founded in 1826, was the first university in London and the first in England to welcome students regardless of religion or background - a bold and progressive vision for its time.nUCL has a long tradition of academic excellence and innovation, with notable contributions to science, engineering, and medicine, and has been home to numerous Nobel Prize winners.nThe simple Christmas decorations added a delightful seasonal touch nA centrally located city campus with easy access to everything and no surprise this is a university many dream of studying at.
I recently visited UCL for my apprenticeship assessment. Although I was unsuccessful in securing the role, I was truly amazed by the whole experience. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming, which made the day even more memorable. The facilities, especially the lecture hall auditorium, were outstanding — honestly my dream environment to work and learn in.nnI feel grateful just to have had the opportunity to attend and experience the campus. A big thank you to everyone at UCL for making it such a positive and inspiring visit.

I took a picture with Charles Darwin's sculpture at entrance to University College London UCL biology building Wow ! Fun Fan: Darwin lived at 12 Upper Gower Street in London for nearly four years 1839–1842, which is the exact site where UCL's Darwin Building now stands ! Makes your hair stand up that's the least I can say !
Well great uni from a perspective of a student studying here. But there are things that it lacks. If you are here, just focus on studies man.
