I would very much like to rate it higher, but I can't. I've seen countless times teachers abuse power constantly on students. There are a handful of great teachers. A certain head of KS4 calls up on students and makes lies about them- saying they were doing something wrong- when they weren't. There's vapers in the toilets, and despite a teacher being outside the door, they don't stop. Some PE teachers also try to imagine themselves as a sort of marines instructor. Honestly, apart from the few great teachers I had a few years back, nothing else really saves the school.
im a year 8 student in Southfields academy, there is pasta everyday and sometimes it doesn’t taste good, although the sandwiches and wraps/drinks are good and the real food such as potatoes and chicken with gravy is the best top meal in Southfields Academy
It’s the best place Sotuthfield academy for our child Study ,we hope when our child graduate from that academy can tell they will have a gold future ,
I live in the area and have done for most of my life. With this school you can change the name but you can't change the way it is. I've had family members with the misfortune of attending this school. Thank God I was saved from attending this hell hole. Even to this day when I am taking my young children to school the amount of abuse I receive from the students of this school just for walking on the street near the chicken shop, where the students think they own. I have been shouted at to the point it scared my young primary school children. In my opinion avoid this school. I would rather eat glass then let my children attend here. Unfortunately the majority of the students are disgusting in behaviour but there are the few stars that shine through. All in all this school should be shut down.
Kinda like a prison for my dyspraxic son, complete with poor/fake SEN , victim blaming and no-result meetings. If you think prison guards barking at kids as they move around the school is good for your kids, or the risk of a new bully every day is acceptable losses, maybe you wont need to airlift your darling out of there like we did.
