Love KFC and i do eat it regularly over the weekends to give my wife a break, BUT when i visited the Loughton store on Friday i was so disappointed to find the toilets and eating area in a mess! I mentioned it to the staff after i ordered my meal and the lady did mention that she will ask her manager to look into it. Two weeks later i went there again to find the KFC in a similar state! Won't visit this store again!
