I came here in December 21. It was decorated for Christmas so well it was beautiful and you can see this from the pictures. We had goggled them before and found a lunch deal tapas for 2 people for £21 which was an absolute bargain! There was 4 of us so we had 2 lots of tapas. Pigs in blankets, belly pork, croquettes, leaf salad, coleslaw and fries. We were all full by the end which you don't always feel with tapas. But I have to say the quality of the food was outstanding and we all said the same. I had a nice cup of tea pictured which was cute and tasty too. There was music on in the background which gave a good vibe and the staff were super friendly, super helpful and it felt like they wanted to be there which was nice to see. It was busy and we needed to book but definately worth a visit. Cheaper at lunchtime than evening meal.
Visited during the English Seafood Festival an had an amazing shared seafood taco board, the tacos were packed with fish and both types were delicious, and very different to each other rather than the same fillings and sauce but different fish. It also came with crabby fries which are one of their impressive selection of loaded fries, coking covered in a generous heaping of crab, dark garlic aoili, hot sauce and spring onions. Great experience from start to cocktail-fuelled finish with friendly and fast service, would definitely recommend and will be returning for their slider menu and a different type of loaded fries...
Lovely spot on the harbour, we sat outside on our 1st visit and watched the sunset while drinking cocktails. We came back for food the next night recommend booking in peak times as it is a very popular place and sat inside downstairs, but if you get the chance they have a few tables on a balcony upstairs which offered great views of the harbour. Food was amazing great tapas menu,, all staff were friendly and it's a dog friendly place too.
Wow!! The quality of food here is insane! It's a tapas style menu and we were skeptical of the portion sizes but we weren't disappointed. The food tasted amazing and I couldn't fault anything with it. The only downside was the pricing of the food/drinks but again the quality of the food definitely made up for the price tag! The cocktails were some of the best I've had in the bay. Definitely recommend for a fun afternoon out and for top quality food and drinks. Parking: No parking have to park away from the harbour in local carparks.
Great Cocktails & Tapas in classy surroundings. Very attentive staff and brilliant view over looking the harbour from the upstairs balcony. Perfect way to spend an afternoon / evening. Really good choice of music too. Highly recommended
Had an amazing experience here for dinner. Service was quick and friendly. Food was amazing. I would definitely recommend going for the tapas, we had 5 between the two of us and then a brownie for dessert and it filled us up nicely. The cauliflower was full of flavour and spice, an absolute gem of a plate. Patatas bravas were a knockout, very addictive and yummy! Was nice to see some live music on a Saturday nice. Had a nice atmosphere and wasn't too loud or in your face, perfectly balanced.
Had such an amazing experience here! The food was amazing and our waitress Ella, was the BEST!! She went above and beyond and was so kind / attentive! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would.
Great little restaurant on the harbour. Great choice of tapas, quite expensive but the quality was excellent. Would love to see a deal on the tapas maybe - a 3 for £x type deal otherwise it does work out at a lot. Nice kids meal, excellent cocktails.
Both myself and my partner felt let down following our meal here. To begin with we were sat at a table in a corner away from the others and told we could not be moved, despite there being another table free in a far more pleasurable location. We ordered sliders each and a taco to share, both of which left more to be desired. Average burger patties, lacking in flavour and soggy tacos, overly sweetened with pineapple. I’d like to say the fries saved us from going hungry, however they had been seasoned with an inedible level of salt and trust me, we are not the types to leave fries on any occasion!. Three stars… because I’m feeling generous.
Fab, buzzing bar and restaurant with outside seating. If you go you must order the tapas as they are spectacular! Plus the loaded fries with beef brisket, amazing. It was busy but they got us a table. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended
