My family and I had lunch here. We have eaten at their other locations before but this was our first time here. The atmosphere lovely and the staff are warm and welcoming. Our server was very polite and offered suggestions which was great. Food was amazing as always.
We visited Turtle Bay at Croydon over the weekend. We didn't have a reservation, however the restaurant staff were very kind enough to accommodate us. We loved the restaurant ambience and the food was really nice. There is also a 2 for 1 happy hour everyday until 7pm.We were served by Alex who was friendly and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely visit again.
Absolutely amazing Sunday bottomless brunch with my sibling! Really attentive staff, including the lovely Zhanai who regularly checked in on us to make sure that everything was okay. Will be back, without a doubt — had one of the best Sunday experiences I’ve had in a while and the food was amazing! Cocktails were awesome too!
First time at Turtle Bay and I will definitely return for another visit. Really nice atmosphere, food was really good, but service was a bit mixed. Our Waitress was really nice and attentive, however, the same couldn't be said of her male colleague who wasn't at all pleasant. On the contrary he was very abrupt in his manner. He could do with learning from the Waitress who served us.
I wasn't impressed by Turtle Bay in their earlier days, but they have stepped up! After a few years I decided to take a risk and return...it definitely paid off. Great cocktails, atmosphere and staff. I'll be back to try some more of the menu offerings.

I Rarely feel restaurants deserve a 5* but Turtle Bay is definitely somewhere that deserves this. Everything from beginning to end got a thumbs up from us. The host from the moment we entered was amazing! Red stripe on tap what a time to be alive We had doubles, and Jerk wings & then Roti rolls - both the meat and veg version with sides of curried chicken peas and Jerk Cheesy fries. Absolutely lush. Beautiful decor and Well thought out, most definitely had a carribean feel to it especially with the music which made the vibe / atmosphere comfortable, a little busy too for lunch time which is also a good sign. Clean toilets and overall great maintenance of the place. Will 100% be back.
came here the other night for a meal and drinks, a little skimpish on the rice & peas but the food itself tasted amazing! cocktails were 2-4-1 before 7pm & tasted pretty good if you can down them before the ice melts, it's a little pricier than i'd like but it's got lovely decor & atmosphere with rly attentive staff. would come again but mainly for the food
Starters were lovely. The 2 for 1 cocktails you actually need 2 because of the small glass it comes in i had strawberry daiquiri the mains need improvement especially the goat curry.
Visited this place for the first time and it did not live up to the expectations- service was so so slow- inspite of asking for the bill 3 to 4 times I finally walked to the counter to make the payment. There were no cutlery/ tissues and everything had to be asked for. Food needs improvement and service needs improvement too
