I cannot recommend this place enough! My friend and I went after watching a matinee performance at the hippodrome. Considering it was Saturday, happy hour and super busy the service was absolutely brilliant. Lovely lady hosting and showing us to our table. Loved seeing all the bar staff making their famous cocktails as soon as you enter, the vibe is fantastic. We had a young lady serving us who was attentive and always made sure our meal was ok and we were topped up on our drinks. Food was out of this world! Will I be back, oh yes most definitely.
Took the husband for the first time and he loved it. The bottomless brunch is great. We sat down and before we had even ordered anything they bought over cocktails for us! Yummy food too.
Goat curry was really good. Good level of heat and great flavour. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good with allergies which was great. The cocktails weren't great but when you are buying 2 for 1 it's okay. Mojitos were disappointing. Dietary restrictions: Good awareness and respond well to discuss and check dishes
Had a lovely time with my best friend. Catch up in a lovely environment with delicious drink. We took advantage of the "late night eats" offer. Food was warm and tasty and, our waitress Elena was super friendly and attentive !
I wish I could give it a four stars, but I find the reviews quite misleading here. It's my first time visiting this branch. We ordered a Shack Stack Burger, Fried Chicken Fries, Salt Fish Fritters and Cocktails. Despite the delicious sounding burger, the Shack Stack Burger was a plate of sadness . I don't really know what's the point of having a vegan brioche bun when it contains a beef patty... and the bun definitely needed some toasting. The cheese was not "smothered" like the menu suggest and the lettuce were little and flat. The beef patty was not juicy at all, it tasted frozen and cheap. The fries were soft and not crispy. I'm quite disappointed to be honest. The salt fish fritters needed more frying.
Came for a bottomless brunch with my partner and had an amazing time! Ginni served us and made sure we always had drinks. She recommended some delicious cocktails. Would definitely come back here again!
I’d heard of this chain, and must have walked past loads of times without knowing! Bored of everything else, pizza, burger etc, this was a pleasant change. Squid for starters then goat curry as a main see photo. Considering that they knock these out regularly, it looks great and tasted good too. Plenty of heat in it, plus you could add extra hot sauce to give it something extra . Great.
Amazing breakfast at turtle bay Pierce and Ginni delivered amazing service, Charlie made my drinks and Tim cooked my food. 10000% worth it for breakfast and lunch!!!! I believe that's the best place to have breakfast as coffee and soft drinks are for free until 12
Went Saturday night for dinner, I had the jerk chicken with mac and cheese, partner had mobay chicken with sweet potato fries. Food was really tasty but portion sizes could be bigger as still hungry after. Could be ok if you don't have a big appetite. Cocktails are ok but would definitely recommend the 2 for £8 rum deal it's far better. Cinammon rum flavour is best definitely recommend going as it is a nice vibe for Caribbean food.
Went for the bottomless brunch. Had an absolutely amazing time! Recommend it to anyone well worth the money. As it was our first time Poppy made sure we knew how it all worked and made sure we enjoyed our stay as best as possible. She was a credit to turtle bay and we will be returning to the waterfront location again!
