My local stop before or after work. Staff are lovely and never have to wait too long as they are fully staffed. My coffee is always perfect and no complaints if asked to changed or some of the weird requests I have heard.

The amount of free drinks I have had in this Pret...The Staff is outstanding,they remember my order, they all have lovely manners and a friendly, professional approach.The place is always packed but the queue is managed efficiently and with a smile.10 out of 10

I will always rely on Pretty for a decent sandwich with enough filling to satisfy. I'm a huge fan of their vegetarian wraps and if l have enough space cake. The Earl Grey tea more palatable than most. I don't like wimpy Ceylon tea bases ( most silk bag toting places stick these)as they don't brew properly.

Usual excellence of food quality but expect to eat in amongst those who paid less than you to take away, but eat in all the same. The staff do zero about it.

Great location, nice food displayed. music outside But customer service is not professinal laughing loudly and no respect make you feel like youre just a number sunday 30/07 at 1445
