Excellent ales and great food plus friendly and helpful staff. I was staying just a short walk away on a break in The New Forest. Definitely worth popping in for a meal. A good selection of traditional Pub food.
Tasty treats, excellent beers, good wines. We found this gem because we travel around the uk in a motorhome and use our britstops guidebook. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. I’d recommend this superb venue to anyone. We will be back
My first tome here today . Had roast turkey which was tasty and plentiful. The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Had a lovely pastime vibe about it . Can’t wait to return .
Well for starters the donkeys were there nice big garden tables well spaced out good food covert friendly dog friendly my wife pauline young with the donks
Lovely lunch today. Generous portions of ham egg and chips and Cumberland sausage with peas gravy and mash. Grest friendly service. Even better with 20% off food and soft drinks Mon-Fri until end Nov. We will be back.
Amazing food & very friendly staff. Would definitely go back there when I am back in New Forest. Dessert could be better but everything else was spot on
Lovely pub, great service, tasty food, nice people. The steam pudding sponge was fabulous. Good veggie options. We had the veggie burger and it was tasty and not too dry as they can sometimes be. Good selection of beers, lagers and gins. Nice garden too.
Lovely pub, stopped off after a long ride through the new forest. Excellent service, beautiful big beer garden. Would definitely come back again if we are in the area.
