I had a look online for a good rate on foreign currency as I was going away with my family to the US. I was in Tunstall to play Tennis with a friend and he mentioned this Post Office to me. I popped in just to see what the rates were,  however I managed to get a good deal on my foreign currency here so went with them and I also sorted the travel insurance too. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they offered me a travel card which I loaded money onto which was ideal. It was like stepping into a Tardis! I Googled this place to find it,  once I stepped inside it was huge. Not what I expected.

I have used this place for the last 7 years and I will be using it a lot more now as the Bank has shut. I cant get to Burslem easily as the Bank people told me to. But the staff here gave me a leaflet and explained that I can use the Post Office to carry out a lot of transactions here just as if it was my high street  bank.

Very poor customer service..i dont know why they still employ this old fart grumpy woman named chris who has a very horrible attitude, asking a customer to do their job for them.

Useless, ignortant staff. Doesn't matter what time of day you go you're waiting no less that 10 minutes because staff are too busy making each other a brew regardless of how many people in the queue!
