Absolutely peace of s. Paying for service what is not delivered I have had members at home and they even call just left missing card. Lazy W A
Wanted to get a parcel redelivered. A bit of a phaff but I did succeed even if it is two days hence. I can only imagine it’s because of the industrial action taking place
Went on the Monday to find it closes at 2pm. Went back the next day open until 7pm and had no problems. Short queue and friendly service. Little parking so most people park on double yellows around the entrance, so be careful
Whenever I go to collect at the post office the staff are always polite and friendly and I receive my parcel very quick

Polite staff but would rather the postman left our parcels in our safe place, then I wouldn't have to catch a bus into town to collect them.
Was in the house all day with no music or noise, got a red 'missed you' slip. So now I have to stay in all next Saturday waiting for a parcel I should have had today. Can't collect as I am working.
What mail delivery, tracked mail upto 4 days late. Normal mail eBay deliveries now 15 days overdue. Appalling service without redress when problems arise.
Very short opening times for collection.. see their website for their times, that is the only reason I have given a 4 star as customer service was great... super helpful and excellent manner.
