Pauline looked after our booking for a cruise and did a fantastic job in making sure it was suitable and really ticked all our boxes. A 1st class service from Pauline and all the staff at TUI Newcastle. Would highly recommend and will definitely book with them again

I visited the store today with my friend Irem looking to price a holiday.  We were greeted by the lovely Pauline straight away.  She was very friendly & knowledgeable. She answered any questions we had & made us feel very much at ease. As we were offered an amazing deal & received a high standard of customer service we booked our holiday there & then! Made an enquiry with Kelly Hall for a trip away to Tenerife, her service was exceptional. Ended up booking for 5 of us with a recommendation from Kelly.  The holiday was everything and more and would definitely go back to the apartments as they were 1st class.  Went in got a great deal on all of our currency and found the shop was so friendly, the staff were lovely.  I’d recommend booking in this store 100% rather than booking online as Kelly and the girls were so helpful.  Each one went above and beyond. Tui Newcastle what a helpful team you have.  Kelly even recommended restaurants and things we could do when we were there.  Thank you to you all for making our booking in a shop so easy and a pleasure.  Will definitely be back to book our next one. Can’t recommend this shop highly enough. 5 STAR SERVICE X

Just booked our holiday with Kerry at Newcastle and she was really helpful which made it so easy for us, great customer service and the whole team was very friendly. Would definately recommend booking your holidays at this branch of Tui.

I recently booked a family holiday with the fantastic Kelly at the Tui Newcastle store. From start to finish Kelly was brilliant, her knowledge and professionalism was impeccable. She is a true asset to Tui. We will return later this year to book again!

Pauline books all my holidays and she has a wealth of experience I can highly recommend tui Newcastle and all the staff they are a credit to the company nothing is too much trouble for them and are always happy to help in any situation, If you are looking for friendly experienced staff with so much knowledge then I’d definitely recommend tui Newcastle
