I would never book with Thomson travel ever again..

Really Bad customer service - I have been accused of Lying - Booked a Holiday  x 4Adults with P & O When booking we were told a date to pay the Holiday and agreed with them - they then sent out a letter from Head office telling us to pay on a different date - one of the party went into the shop and was told to ignore the letter and the date they had given us was correct 
They then ring up and say we need to pay by tomorrow or they will cancel the holiday and we will loose the deposit - ooops sorry it was our fault - But were not responsible as it was Human error they said - Utterly appalling customer service - They don't know how to treat the customers They think they can make mistakes and it does not matter as its not there money they are loosing 

Well between the 4 x adults we have spent over £35000 within the last 4 years - guess what we wont be booking again with them really bad service I would avoid them at all costs and book else where
