Absolutely shocking company. Waste of time booking as they cancel regularly and leave you in limbo. Twice I booked for the same tried & twice the pull it within a week of departure! Having previously booked other trips with family & had the same experience I should have known better I guess. Then each apparently helping offering an alternative which is clearly not remotely of the same interest.   The only plus is the member of staff who actually booked my break, credit where credit is due  absolutely lovely lady.  I understand things happen but seriously leisuretime there's a problem somewhere.

Very bad changeovers times. One and a half hours at Cardiff West on outward journey. Two hours on return journey. Could have walked quicker from Barry. Not a very happy bunny. They should get their act together. No more liesuretime for my wife and I.

Thank u leisuretime for a  Fab Holiday yet again this time. To blackpool  mon 24th aug to,fri ,28 th aug fab hotel Georgan hollies lovely trips to Southport an Lake windermere will Be booking again next year
