Never answer phone, tried re-booking - a fully paid voucher. When they did eventually pick up the phone, we got a rude response and were advised they are no longer doing pleasure flying!! No money back! We called Cardiff heliport who were very helpful, they put us in touch with another company based at their facility.
Fantastic! Pilot was so fab and friendly. We had a great trip Lots of options for charters with Whizzard Helicopters so worth looking on the website. Looking forward to booking my next trip
