I have dealt regularly with Trailfinders in Cardiff since 2005.  They always produce an excellent service.  They may not be the cheapest but I am happy to pay a bit more for quality and reliability.

Have had two round the world holidays and one inThailand cannot fault them.The hotels were 1st class apart for the one in Queenstown that I booked myself. Made the holidays so much easier,can't fault them.

Is it that difficult to represent your business card??? I am a busy person and when I ask for an e mail address to make the query online they cannot even gather e mail or business card together?!! Never will I ever query with you incompetent company and staff...

The service we received from Trailfinders in planning and organising a recent trip to New Zealand was excellent. The staff seemed genuinely interested in us and our holiday, and were both helpful and flexible in tailoring suggestions to our, sometimes changing, requirements. They were quick to respond to issues and questions when needed, both before and during our trip. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
