We had an absolutely brilliant experience here today thanks to Lisa & Elle. They went that extra mile with us to try & get us the best deal, plus more. Our toddler was entertained with crayons & a balloon too! We normally book online, but decided to pop in for some advice. The care, time and wonderful customer service today was just fantastic. TUI Holiday part 1 - I'm always wary of writing a review before the trip because I do not want to jinx it. So this is a part 1 to talk about my experience within the TUI store. The experience I had was a definite 5 stars, I spoke with Lisa who handled the process and her expertise and advise made the holiday booking experience pain free. When looking online I had so many questions and it made me think I'll go into store and speak to someone. It was the right decision. Lisa was able to answer all my silly questions, as well as spend the time to give me recommendations and thoughtful ideas. Overall I would really recommend going into store to book.
Recently booked a holiday with Lisa, she invited me into the shop a few mins early as it was pouring with rain! She understood what I was trying to do - to get the best possible price for our holiday and went out of her way to get it booked with her colleagues to save me hundreds of pounds which I could not have done booking online. Thanks Lisa & team- we are very excited!
Thanks so much to Elle and Lisa for sorting all the final details for our holiday and for making it a wonderful booking experience with a toddler in tow! He has spent the journey home waving his Tui flag and balloon! We are really excited for our holiday.

I’m not a huge complainer as a man I find it quite unnecessary usually, but this time it had to be said. The lady boss Lisa that works at this branch is so rude, outspoken, patronising and argumentative I’m truly shocked. Whilst I don’t always believe the customer is right I do expect a little bit of respect from a company like Tui. I dread to think how horrible she is to her staff to work with. Come on TUI a little bit of customer service goes an awfully long way.
Great experience here! We were talked through all our options for our holiday, and detailed explanations of the Covid testing required. Thanks so much Lisa!
