For our son's birthday, we wanted him to have an unforgettable day, we made a reservation at the Holiday Inn in Leamington, and for Warwick Castle! I want to say that we had 2 fantastic days, we felt very good, the employees were wonderful, Carol the cook, Kate the waitress, Marc the waiter and Alex, they were the best! About Food, simple but tasty. Go with confidence! we will definitely come back!

I’ve stayed in many of the holiday inn franchise hotels, ie holiday inn and holiday inn express. This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, not just the worst in the holiday inn franchises but all hotels, I spend on average 3 days a week in a hotel. I like holiday inn as they usually have a pool and gym for me to unwind in after work. This place has a workout area but it can’t be defined as a gym, there is no pool. So I book in today and I’m sent to room 8, this room has to single beds pushed together and made to look like a double. There was 2 tvs in the room, I take it one wasn’t working. It had no kettle, tea or coffee in the room. I proceed to reception and I ask for a room change. There was no apology but the room was changed. I’ve been moved to the second floor. Im told where the lifts are and proceed to the lifts, as I get there I see one lift is out of order, I get on the second lift and I notice the number 2 button is stick out like it’s not in properly, the carpets are worn and the lift door doesn’t even close properly. I get to my room and find I’ve been moved into a family room, 2 double/king size beds which I don’t need as I am on my own. I have a look round the room and see that it’s out dated, the carpets worn and so I proceed to have a shower only to find the seal is coming off the shower base and there is mould in between the caulk. I would advise any HGV driver and drivers mate to avoid this hotel.
