I am living in one of the most expensive places in the Uk and inconsistency in arrival times when there were schools, was unbearable. I could easily see two busses coming together or i could be wating for a bus 3 or 4 times the advertised delay. I am talking about G1 which was supposed to be one of the best. I tried to get the leamington to lillington one few months ago. I have waited for 40 minutes but 3 busses should have come according to the timeline. Despite having such an inefficient system, most of the bus drivers refused to stop at the bus stop while I was noticeably running towards it with a remaining distance of 10m! I gave 2 stars because non of this happened since the summer holiday started. But what happened just today was very annoying. When I got on the bus the driver said she had no change on her. Is this medieval age? Why don't you have contactless payment in the bus? I had to buy a single ticket which was £3.40 for a 10 minutes journey with no traffic. Today schools opened. Let's hope that this company could deliver a better service. I mentined this because there is no other alternative in Leamington. Politicians always support privatisation to make their friends rich so that they can earn some income from them. Why dont the politicians never talk about this ongoing inefficient system of public transport in leamington spa? Its not profitable for them to make it public. The thing is you can always vote for another government but not for a company! Oh wait... The voting in the Uk is not fair anyways. get 51% and the region is yours. Its been a long talk here but yeah...
The worst bus company ever. Some of the drivers are rude and never follow the time table. They rush to the last stop at the top of the town and leave the bus for shopping or smoking. Always late never on time even stops which are next to their depot. Get the national express tickets and avoid stagecoach by any means.
Feel very sorry for the staff but ques are often out of the door and the massive increase in pricing in disgraceful. No longer buying bus passes and cannot recomend. Real shame.
Yesterday morning I was very unpleasant about a driver U1..he was very impolite, I travel for 3 years every day , but it first time when a driver tell us we don't have permission to close the window, when outside was a very cold day..it about trip to 9.20 from sydenham .mentioned all the windows was opened..
Worst bus service ever.The driver's are rude and lazy.When the bus does come they go off and do shopping leaving the passengers waiting for up to 40 minutes to an hour.They sit in the bus shelters eating chips burgers keeping the passengers waiting.You can wait for anything up to an hour for a G1 5 6 bus's will go up the town following eachother and none come back for over an hour.It's disgusting the way they mess passengers about.If they're running late why the hell are they all sitting up the town for over an hour.They really need to improve on the bus sizes disabled people like myself are having to stand because of pushchairs and shopping trolleys taking up all the seats and space.Its wrong disabled people are more of a priority than people with pushchairs and shopping trolleys.Service needs to be improved as it's very poor
Amazed. Left my phone on the bus on route to work. Driver came across it and kept it at the depot for me. Good service and lovely staff
Rude and incompetent staff. Will not give you a temporary bus pass because you did not order it “physically” in the shop even though you have an email confirmation.
i have told you driver both me and my wife have breathing problems and can't wear a mask he won't listen, bloody awful service especially when were both disabled
