So me and my wife used this venue for our family to stay at whilst we got married in Maidstone town. The hotel was fantastic, all staff were attentive and could not do enough for us. The rooms were well appointed and really nice and the facilities on site were well appreciated. Loved it, we will be back!

Had dinner for my mother's birthday and service was terrible. They forgot to bring my sister's dinner so she didn't get it until we'd all finished. My other sister's medium well done steak came out rare and bleeding onto the plate. Sent it back and it came out still rare and so tough she couldn't cut it. In the end she ordered a burger and it came well after everyone had finished eating. There was a table the other side of the room being so loud we had to shout to make ourselves heard when talking and no one asked them to be quiet. I'd like to think this was a one off but they've forgotten a meal when we've eaten there before as well. When I went to the toilet one of the toilets was full of vomit. Sad because the hotel and facilities are beautiful but just not worth the money you pay for dinner/drinks.

I had been given a voucher for a mum to be spa and was looking forward to some pampering. It was such a relaxing experience lying on the table having a facial, having my swollen hands and feet massaged. I was close to 39 weeks pregnant and thought it might be a problem to lie on the table for over an hour, but it was so relaxing and amazing. Afterwards I had a manicure and that was lovely too. This is why there is only 4 stars on this review. The woman was very good and we had nice conversation. But when she was finished there were no more quick drying drops and I was told to go and use the hair dryer to dry the nails. This meant I had to wait a long time to go and use the rest of the leisure facilities, like the pool. And within a few hours the nail polish was damaged and one of the nails are full of air bobbles. The massage and spa treatment was incredible, it was the afterwards that was disappointing.

Comfortable well sized rooms. The buffet breakfast was very good. Lovely spacious hotel with nice surroundings. Gym and swimming facilities looked very decent.

brilliant sized twin beds, wider than a single, narrower than a double. absolutely perfect for one person to stretch out. modern TVs, good internet, cast from laptop to TV. really good hotel.
