Never Answer the phone and when they do, they are so rude and condescending. I tried to get in touch for 3 and half hours to tell them that I may be a little late. Hotel also couldn't get hold of them. Once I got to the hotel, finally managed to get through when at reception. Couldn't reschedule so asked for a refund. A lady called Val took the call, she was ridiculously rude, sarcastic and incredibly argumentative. Spoke to the manager and can understand why her staff act this way, because she does also. Managed to eventually get a refund but they ruined the first part of our trip. Terrible service with foul attitudes. Avoid these overpriced mouthy women!

worse place I’ve ever been to to get my eyebrows waxed! Shocking job! The light is so bad in there they can’t even see what they are doing, which lead to me having to go back and when I did they made them worse by taking a chunk out of one of my eyebrows. #fuming and had the cheek to charge me £10 for ruining them.

Well worth a visit. Wendy the owner (whom I've known for many years) and her staff are very friendly and help you to relax and enjoy the many treatments they offer.
