The GP is brilliant!!! The online booking service is efficient and quick. The receptionist is so nicely welcoming with beautiful smiles! The physiotherapist is asking detailed questions to understand about my back pain carefully and do quick check nicely. I really enjoy visiting their centre this morning.
I have been with this surgery for a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. After my accident last year, the team has been incredibly helpful and supportive.nnI would especially like to thank the receptionist at Tudor Lodge, particularly Hayley, for always being polite and welcoming, even during difficult times when I was in pain or not in the best mood. Your kindness and professionalism have made a real difference, and I truly appreciate it.
This is honestly the worst surgery I have ever visited. The reception staff are unbelievably rude and entitled [as has been mentioned in previous reviews numerous times]. They lack basic empathy and awareness that emotions are heightened when it comes to one's health - patients simply want to be heard and feel listened to in their time of need. I really feel like the front of house team need some proper training around active listening and communication. It simply isn't good enough to be greeted in person or on the phone by a team of people who are so impolite and disagreeable.nnI will most likely get a response to this review from the practice owner telling me to voice my concerns to the practice manager. It should be known that I have reached out to the practice manager both in person and over the phone no less than 7 times. She has never once called me back or tried to get back in contact with me. My guess is this surgery isn't interested in changing or training their staff to do better - hence the many many 1 star reviews and repeated patient feedback that the staff are impolite and disrespectful.nnI am also curious as to why there are a slew of 1 star reviews that are followed up with one or two 5 star reviews with little or no text / writing. I believe this is the surgery trying to bring up their rating with fake reviews. I am also bracing myself for a disgruntled owner who will try to discredit my review in some way. But the 100's of terrible reviews about this surgery across different forums cannot be ignored.nnOverall this surgery needs to do much better - after all you have a duty of care to your patients. And we are all tired of the same feedback being given about the staff and not acted upon.
Lack of help from staff no support with anything that’s going on in your life the mental health side of this surgery is embarrassing: if you suffer with mental health do not go here. I’ve been trying to get help with my mental health for years only he told it’s !STRESSS” no help no support they just want to get you of the phone and out the surgery as quickly as possible! Reception is just one big shambles:
I had a rough day yesterday my mental health was really bad I didn’t know what to do. Martha I believe her name was really helped me and if it wasn’t for her i don’t know what would have happened. She kept me calm and reassured so I really would like to thank her.nI believe she should be recognised for her support and professional assistance thank you.
