It’s no surprise this place has a 4.5 rating! My registration experience at Mill Way Medical Practice was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to track down my entire medical history, even though it was quite a challenge. They even took the extra step of reaching out to my previous practice to ensure nothing was missed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their professionalism and care!

Congratulations to the whole team working on 19th October 2024 for a very efficient and professional service concerning this year's Covid and Flu jab vaccinations.  The system really did work like clockwork.  Very well done and thank you always.

I recently had a positive experience with the doctor who treated my daughter’s ear issue. The doctor was thorough, compassionate, and resolved the problem efficiently, which we greatly appreciate.nnHowever, I am very concerned about the difficulty in getting a GP appointment. My daughter’s ear began bleeding, and despite my efforts since Thursday to manage her fever at home, I was unable to secure a timely appointment. I attempted two e-consults and called 28 times before reaching the practice. When I finally did, I had to wait for a callback behind 30 other patients, which took around two hours. While I eventually got an appointment at 11:25, the process was frustrating and stressful.nnMy complaint is not about the doctor’s care, which was excellent, but about the reception and appointment management. The current system for seeing sick patients needs significant improvement to ensure timely and efficient access to medical care.

Dr K Patel is the ‘Go To’ Dr in Mill Hill! I cannot thank him enough for his holistic approach to my treatment today. He explained things to me in such an easy and logical way to understand and has a lovely bedside manner. I cannot recommend him enough.

A fantastic service and under the strains and situation the NHS staff work under the efforts of everyone associated with Millway should be commended with a huge special mention to Dr Dattani who is truly a brilliant doctor. Makes you feel welcome and is great at diagnosis. Always wants to help and go out his way to make life easier for patients. The NHS are lucky to have doctors like him.
