Called the surgery at 8am and waited in a queue, only to be told by Carole that I couldn’t book an appointment over the phone and had to do it online despite the automated message before the call saying reception could help with bookings. When I asked further, Carole said they ONLY fill out the form for elderly patients, but couldn’t actually tell me why or whether that’s even practice policy. She flat-out refused to book the appointment for me. Her tone throughout was very dismissive, which was surprising considering I’ve always had positive experiences with other receptionists at this practice. You contact your GP surgery expecting care and a bit of compassion — not to be refused help based on your age group and told to go figure it out online.

Fantastic service - super quick response. I had an issue with my local pharmacy unable to obtain a specific drug for me. The surgery went above and beyond , ringing round and finding a local chemist who was able to prescribe the correct drug for me, but under a different brand name. All done within a couple of hours within the ticket being logged. Thoroughly and utterly impressed.
Sarah sat with my special needs son whilst I attended an appointment. She was absolutely brilliant with him! Such a kind and caring person - thank you so much!
