At first, I had some concerns about visiting Tubby Bear's Playzone due to negative reviews I had seen beforehand. However, after talking to the friendly and inviting staff on the phone, I felt encouraged to give it a try. To my delight, Tubby Bear's Playzone exceeded my expectations, despite its seemingly secluded location. I decided to go on a not too busy day, which turned out to be a fantastic choice! It allowed my 2-year-old and me to fully enjoy the play area and various activities without feeling overwhelmed. He had an absolute blast, and even though older kids might find it even more enjoyable, we had a lot of fun together. Both my son and I are excited about going back for more fun and enjoyment. Tubby Bear's Playzone is indeed a fantastic place for kids to have a great time, and I'm thrilled to have experienced it on a quieter day
Good prices, very clean! Very decent portions of good. My toddler really enjoyed it and they make a decent coffee!
We came to meet a friend as a half way point between Sheffield and Birmingham. the first impression was super positive: I was met by a cheerful & friendly staff member. This was Kelly! Kelly and the other staff member’s service was above and beyond for the 3 + hours we spent at the venue. Additionally, she very very kindly posted my son’s leopard teddy we’d left behind. Thank you Kelly- we look forward to returning again.
First time visiting last week. It was friendly , chilled, not expensive , well-equipped and my granddaughter absolutely loved it. We were there over 4 hours. One of the nicest softplays I've ever been to. Can't wait to return.
I like this place,i came here offen,i like but i want to report that some time i find plastic toys/or other stuff broken that are sharp and children can has injury. And other thing,the toys,many time has battery flat.these should be replaced minimum at 2 weeks.except this,everything fine.
Absolutely fantastic experience. The rules that are in place are easy to follow. The place felt clean and organised. The staff were so friendly and helpful. As we were leaving the place was being sanitised for the next session. Very impressed
Dirty all around as you can see from photos. 4.6£ for each kid. So what we pay for. No one supervision on kids. No one cleaning. I will avoid this place in future.
We visit tubby bears every other week during term time and it’s always been pleasant. The staff are friendly and I’m not sure if it’s the weekend staff that people are complaining about. We’ve never had any issues, toilets are clean, food is reasonably priced. My little one loves it.
A good soft play, with a section for toddlers. If having a party here there is a separate room for food for smaller groups, we have also had party food in the main seating area when the group was larger. It’s not immediately obvious where you need to go, and parking can fill up quickly. Some parts looking a little tired, but our daughter enjoys going.
I going there with my daughter and she love the place, never had problem with the staff, very helpful people working the.
