Although the staff are lovely and really do try, I feel it is dirtier and dirtier every single time. Unfortunately last time we went it was absolutely filthy and the toilets were completely unacceptable. Had I seen the toilets before ordering food there is no way we would of eaten. Following this recent visit, I was unwell with stomach upset. Unfortunately we won't be returning
Fantastic and beautiful softplay area in spondon derby and staff friendly and hard working and always helpful and great for family's to enjoy come rain and shine Please don't listen to the bad feedback has they all work incredibly hard on always improving and making memories last forever Thank you for always having me x Highly Recommend Trying The Food !
Attended a kid’s birthday party. The place downstairs is smelly, the carpets are very old, dirty to the point of sticking to your feet as you go up the stairs. The toilets need TLC and were smelling so badly as we watched the children on soft play. The service was appalling. I thought of ordering my own food when the kids they went upstairs. Basic burger and chips. 30mins on nothing arrived and I went to remind them in case they didn’t know where I was sitting. An hour later when the party ended nothing had arrived and when I went to the desk the guys went upstairs only to bring me a kiddy’s meal. Even when I told him that is not what I ordered. He starred me with a blank face & zero apology came out of his mouth. Further, what turned my stomach was the dirty discoloured dish towel one of the young boys was using to wipe kids cup. I would steer clear if you were looking to give your child & your guests a good experience.
Really nice dedicated play area for under 4s and they have a separate climbing frame for over 4s. A cafe that does food and drinks with lots of tables, a car park to the back and clean toddler and baby frendly toilets. My 3year old really enjoyed herself and we would go again. They have lots of different areas for imaginary/role play, and a sensory room for younger babies/extra needs. Looks like they have lots of events on over the holidays, which can be found on the board or Facebook.
This place has so much potential but it needs lots of TLC especially needs a deep clean , the older soft play area smells strong of urine to the point it takes your breath , I worry about germs and bacteria, nothing is clean which is such a shame. These a huge risk of children becoming ill due to the uncleanliness, it needs closing urgently to correct this
My little girl had a birthday party there a few weeks ago, really good place, the staff go above and beyond, and it's also a really good size for large groups bookings, including a big play area for toddlers aswell as the soft play for bigger kids, would recommend.
I took my 10 month old son a month ago. Staff were really lovely and friendly and entrance price was good. However the music from the speaker over the baby area was loud and very overstimulating. My son played with the toys but a lot of them were dirty and broken. The ball pit was not very clean either. It may have been a coincidence but my son suffered with diarrhoea x4 times the following day he had no diet changes or any food from Freddy’s. It really is such a shame as I know times are hard for businesses and with it just being on our doorstep, but due to my little boy getting poorly I don’t think we will visit again
Needs some money spending on the ceilings' walls, toilets need a deep clean, tables and chairs, carpets need replacing or a good wet Hoover to the point where i almost wanted to offer to clean it and paint it myself! ... can't fault the staff great team.. building just needs some tlc.. and get rid of the crane game!
We recently had a private hire party at Freddy's for our daughters 6th birthday, I would highly recommend this, the communication from the staff throughout the party, arranging the food, cake and mascots, was brilliant it all ran so smoothly and organised with 30+ children, making it extra special and stress free, thanks again to all the girls working that day our daughter is already asking for her next party at Freddy's
Nice play centre, my little one enjoys the under 3's section. A nice large space for them to explore and the larger play frame is seperate so nice for older children
