My son had his 8th birthday party here earlier on today and it was the best party we’ve ever held for him. All the kids loved the main games, but the fact there is a climbing wall and crazy golf to add to the experience is fab. They all loved the pizza’s, and the staff were amazing hosts throughout. Would highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much
I would strongly advise NOT to have a birthday party here, and this is why! My son had his birthday party here and what a disappointment it was! I have also emailed this branch and Laser Quest HQ with our concerns, but after 9 days, I have not received a reply. Not even ‘We are looking into it’. There was a very limited safety briefing which merely stated no sprinting, no colliding with other players, no lying on the ground and no shooting in the eyes. That was all. There was no advice on how to use the equipment, how to score points etc. There was no assistance or advice when putting on the packs. The straps were not adjusted and so the children went out to play the game with incorrectly fitting packs. All the children subsequently complained of pains in their upper back and neck as well as some having skin abrasions on their back. This is all derived from incorrectly fitted packs. Once the two games had been played, it was time for food. The person who we had overseeing the food time was clearly only there to collect his 'pay cheque'. We had to ask for plates, napkins and knives for the cake cutting. When there was a spillage, there was no action from him. We had to find the roll of paper towels and wipe up the liquid that was on the table ourselves. If he had not been there, we would not have noticed any difference - he was that ineffective! The website states that the birthday party includes an augmented climbing. However, there was no structured use of it. Despite stating, when we called to confirm numbers, that we required a gluten free pizza, disappointingly no note was made on their system. This meant that no gluten free pizza arrived along with the other pizzas and specially ordered chicken strips. Fortuitously, a gluten free pizza was found although it arrived at the same time as the birthday cake was served as we had to be out of the room by a certain time, so it was all very rushed. Overall - an unsatisfactory party for which we paid a lot. We have raised our concerns but I have been ignored!
I booked for my disabled son and family to attend for his 21st birthday. Unfortunately, due to his disability, he is unable to attend. I have given 2 weeks notice to cancel and have been refused a full refund, even though the cancellation is completely due to his disabilities and I have offered to show proof of his diagnoses. Do not book with this company. They are NOT disability friendly. When asked, the person who I spoke to simply passed the blame to management. This is NOT how I expect to be treated in 2023 regarding disability prejudice.
We booked for our sons 7th birthday party and were thrilled with the service. The party host was excellent and everyone had a great time.
Love this place great way to let off a bit of steam The staff are awesome My son is autistic and his birthday is new years eve and even tho he was 19 and not a child they bent over backwards for us!! Can't recommend this place enough ******
First time coming today and had purchased 2games for 2 via groupon. Great price can't complain for a activity day for any occasion! Good fun activity for all ages, first game was better with more people. Unsure what itd be like on quiet days and how the game would be made up without paying players and only 2 staff. It's a shame that the wall facility is also payment as could be a activity for those waiting before and between games as the only downside is if there's a wait there's nothing to occupy children especially without spending money in the arcade. Staff were friendly and instructions were clear although could maybe be explained with a little more detail, as we were new comers and other players weren't we found we had to ask questions as the rules ran through were basic reminders. Enjoyed both games very much coming 3&4 game 1 and in game 2 2&9. Again Games go quicker and more enjoyable with more players. Find yourself standing around starting to clock watch when only small amount players playing. Will definitely be coming to laser quest again sometime in the future. Recommend to all ages families/groups of all sizes

Just been here, what an excellent experience! The kids have had a fantastic time and the adults may have had almost as much fun.... maybe even more *looks about whistling* the service was great, the game was brilliant, the staff were helpful and attentive and the best of all the drinks were reasonably priced, which is so rare in these kind of places. Well done guys keep up the good work!
Seemed abit confusing unsure where to go or if needing to check in as we already booked in advance, no one said anything so we walked over to the small counter that was also where u buy drinks from and found out we did hav to check in and pick names. Price for laser tag was cheap and for younger children ideal place to kill time without costing a fortune. Unfortunately it got a thumbs down from my boys who complained was too small inside although they are older than most we saw who went to play. Has a small arcade reasonable price u expect to pay to play games and small climbing interactive wall but was abit on the expensive side. Wouldnt come again with the older boys but maybe my youngest girl and her friends.
Great time had by my children and their cousins today doing Laser Tag. Big shout out to the guy on the desk, super helpful and enthusiastic. Would definitely recommend.
