I am giving 3*s because I ordered a T-shirt and the cheaper tote bag. The items were merchandise with my artwork on them. The print quality was not good. The tote bag was so thin you could see through it. It was £4 for the tote bag. I emailed customer service straight away and received a prompt reply and offered me a replacement or full refund. I took a refund as I wouldn't have been able to resell these items. However, I was impressed with the prompt customer service.
Super fast. Sorted a small fault on the design artwork no problem at all. All this done whilst I was at Gatwick to catch a flight. 100% effort and delivery. Oh! and the premium Tshirts are excellent value and the print quality very good too. First wash was fine, although am not going to risk putting them in the dryer.
Efficient, professional service. Quality product. Can't fault this business. They advised me immediately about the inadequate quality of the image I supplied which avoided disappointment. I was able to adjust the quality and confirm my order late on a Sunday evening and despite expecting a six day delivery, my hoodie was delivered early. High quality fabric and crystal clear printing. Well worth the £22 price tag. Thank you.
Ordered a mug from this company. Arrived smashed - no bubble wrap or material to protect the mug. Called customer service to complain, rude woman on the phone, didn't even apologise. Tried to blame Royal Mail for breaking the item. Would not take any blame for, giving stupid excuses. I even mentioned that there was no apology, she ignored that and continued to give stupid excuses. If they had packaged it properly it wouldn't have smashed. Worst experience ever, if the woman had been more sympothetic I may have reordered a replacement. The mug was a birthday present, so the surprise was completely ruined. 0/10 - awful delivery, awful customer service. AVOID!!!!!!!
Bought a selection of t-shirts, water bottles, laptop cases, make-up bags - all personalised with names or initials or special wording - as Christmas presents. Really thrilled with each one. The entire process was painless and they arrived looking just as I had ordered. Good quality, too, and the service was fast and efficient. I was so happy with my first order that I returned to order more. I can happily endorse T-shirt Studio 100%.
Exactly what I envisaged and wanted. Good colours and precise printing. Not a long wait. Well packed 5 different mug designs for £20 including delivery - beat that. The upload and design is straightforward once you get the idea of it - the initial instructions aren't all that clear. Yes - five stars. I'll adjust my designs, and go back for more.
Website was easy to use and upload images for the t-shirt printing. The t-shirts arrived on time and they used minimal packaging, which was great. The printing itself was excellent, it looked exactly as it did on the example on the website. We ordered a kids T-Shirt, a baby grow, men's basic t-shirts and women's basic t-shirts. The only reason I haven't given five stars is because the women's t-shirts came up a little small and it would have been good to know this from the site. If I was to order again which I would then I'd probably go with the men's t-shirts for a looser fit. Overall though a great website and excellent t-shirts and printing. Thanks so much
I've used TShirt Studio for years now and I have to say they are brilliant. The shirts are top quality and the print quality excellent. It's their customer care that really shines through. They are quick to let you know if the image you've sent is not good enough to print and give great advice and support to make sure you receive the highest quality goods. Their service is super fast too. 100% recommend you use these guys against all others.
So pleased with my t-shirt of my own artwork. Arrived quicker than expected as well. Excellent service
Excellent value & my order arrived so quickly! Designing the items was easy & fun to do & the website is simple to navigate. There was a minor problem with 1 item but with just a quick email it was resolved very efficiently! Thank you Joanne . I'll definitely be shopping with you again in the near future
