Bought some new hiking boots today with my partner and we were served by a young lady who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went through the different features, good fitting procedure. Plus taught me how to tie my laces so much better! They were very busy but still excellent customer service as always. Great shop with a massive selection of kit.
I wanted to say a massive thank you to Steve. His customer service is amazing. Helped me with an exchanged item and once I had an issue with the item he went out of his way to rectify it immediately. He is a massive credit to the team and can’t thank him and the team enough for helping me today. Truly made me feel like a valued customer.
Good place, limited range of stock. Next to a restaurant, which usually has outdoor ice rink in winter months. Biggest issue I have is that entrance off the main road is not well lit or sign posted. In winter months where it gets dark early it is impossible to see the turning to get into car park. Some improvements on sign visibility and lighting of turning off mail road would really help.
Outstanding customer care and knowledge by Charlotte. She so knows her products, went for walking boots for my friend who was a bit unsure of the process and Charlotte exuded kindness, knowledge was professional and personable as was her colleague assisting another customer and Beth in the tills. Love going to Cotswold as know you are going to get a positive experience and love introducing another to this fabulous shop for a face to face experience
Great staff, the guys know their stuff. Very helpful. I went in to get a rucksack and I was not disappointed. If you are looking for any type of outdoor activity equipment you should be able to find something which suits you. And don't forget to have a coffee break at the cafe next door which offers a variety of coffees, teas, cakes and all sorts of snacky tasty things.
