Well laid out store. Very knowledgeable & helpful staff, not pushy at all. Free parking. Great selection of boots, clothing & equipment. Discount for many trust memberships etc well worth asking.

Nice walk with the dog round the lakes then stopped for an ice cream at the end. A bit pricey but that's what I'd expect.

Lots of good outdoor equipment spread over three floors. The staff are helpful and always very willing to assist. If one does have to return items then it is usually very straightforward. There is a good coffee shop just across from the main entrance.
